Make time for Self-Care with a Relaxation session
In our busy lives, we all struggle to make time for ourselves. All to often we are too busy running round with jobs and family commitments (to name just a couple) and we forget about looking after ourselves. Why do we always put ourselves at the bottom of that never ending list?
The reality is that living this way is unsustainable - I can tell you that from personal experience
If you don't take care of yourself, you are not performing at your best. Your clarity, perspective and rationality all take a hit. If this goes on too long you will hit burn out.
And if you reach this point you are no use to anyone. - What happens then??
This is avoidable though....
Take yourself away from it all with a dedicated relaxation therapy session just for you.
Switch off the phones, laptops and tablets and just allow yourself to unwind.
By just taking just a small amount of time for yourself you can recharge the batteries, refocus your mind on the important things in life and be the best you can be
There is no physical contact used in this therapy, just my voice.
The session is based on hypnotherapy techniques. you are gently taken into a deep relaxation using hypnotic induction and deepeners. I also include some relaxing visualisations to clear the mind.
As I talk and you relax your body naturally goes into a hypnotic trance, enabling you go forget about the conscious thoughts and worries which cause stress and anxiety.
A hypnotic trance is a completely natural state which is between being fully conscious and asleep. When you are in this state, your subconscious opens up and absorbs my words to enable complete and utter relaxation.
Each session takes about 30 minutes and takes place in my comfortable, relaxing office environment.
There is no recommended 'course' for this therapy, so you can have as many or as few as you feel you need.
You cannot pour from an empty cup. Self-care is not selfish, infact it is completely the opposite!
